Attorney Kasprzynski, is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Texas State University - San Marcos and obtained his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University's College of Law. He is a native of Edinburg, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley.
During his time at the DePaul College of Law, Michael focused his studies on immigration and citizenship. There, he participated in the DePaul University Asylum and Immigration Clinic, where he assisted with and researched a variety of immigration issues, including U-Visa, Naturalization, TPS, and DACA. He also provided legal assistance to immigrants and refugees being held in detention by the Department of Homeland Security.
Michael's interest in immigration law stems from growing up along the U.S. and Mexico border. Coming from the South Texas border region, Michael has first hand knowledge of the effects of the U.S. immigration system, and the impact that it has on people from around the world. Michael's passion for immigration law is also a product of his own heritage, as members of his family came to the U.S. from Poland and Mexico. Michael speaks English and Spanish, and currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
